Job Description

Claims Advisory Group are the largest firm in their field which is reclaiming Payment Protection Insurance. We currently employ 350 people in our prestigious Manchester City Centre offices(Queen St, Just behind Manchester Town Hall), but we also operate call centres in both South Africa and Northern Ireland.

As part of our continued and sustained success, we are now going through a 2nd phase expansion process which will involve a near doubling of the workforce - and we want YOU to be part of Manchester's latest Success story!

Whats the Role? Our Outbound Customer Services (Lead Gen) staff will be making outbound calls to prospective customers advising them that they may have been miss-sold Payment Protection Insurance, and explaining the "no win, no fee" nature of the services that we offer them, in reclaiming these costs. This is not a SALES role - more a case of making customers aware of the service we offer - your goal is to get the customer to agree to a claims pack being sent out. Thats it!

What will I get paid? £16k basic salary - plus commission which is entirely unlimited - its based on the number of claims pack sent out and returned by the customer - the more packs sent out and returned the more you earn - its that simple. Average staff are earning around £1k per month on top of basic and really good staff are earning £2.5k+ per month - hence the £46k realistic on target earnings. In addition weekly "floor" incentives are offered on top of this - vouchers, football tickets, £350 per week for the top performer etc

Hours & benefits Mon - Thurs = 11am to 8pm* Friday = 10am to 7pm* 1 in 3 saturdays = 10am to 4pm*

Skills & Experience Required: Ideally you will have previous experience of working in a call centre environment - making outbound calls - Finance, Debt Management, Banking are desirable but by no means essential - its important for you to be articulate and intelligent but also highly customer centric and ethical - you should also have a good command of the english language and be comfortable calling customers in the comfort of their own homes. Ideally you will be money and target orientated!
