Job Description
INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUTBOUND SALES/SALES ADVISORS
My client, based in Manchester, is a market leader within the loans and mortgage markets which combined, provides over 30 years experience. They provide homeowner loans and mortgages that fit the needs and lifestyles of their customers whilst making the confusing world of personal finance less complicated for them.
HOURS ARE BASED ON ROTATED WEEKLY SHIFT PATTERNS 10AM-7PM AND 12NOON-9.00PM MONDAY-FRIDAY.
Like any successful business they are expanding their customer service/sales team and are looking to recruit candidates with the following...
At least 9 months Outbound telesales experience (ideally in the finance/mortgage industry)
A self-motivated and \'can do\' attitude
Excellent telephone manner
Basic computer skills
The ability to take and manage leads from application forms from magazines & fact finds.
