Job Description
ARE YOU AGED 16-18 AND LOOKING TO START A CAREER IN RECRUITMENT?
OUR CLIENT IS LOOKING TO TAKE ON AN APPRENTICE TO LEARN AND PROGRESS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY ARE A RAPIDLY GROWING RECRUITMENT COMPANY BASED IN SKELMERSDALE WHO ARE LOOKING TO EXPAND.
FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
Apprentices hold a vital role by generating new business opportunities over the telephone, within UK Corporate Enterprises. A highly structured induction programme with tailored sales, recruitment and IT industry training will be provided in parallel with the NVQ training.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Initially the role will include answering phone,
shredding old CV’s and documents,
assisting with finding and vetting suitable candidates,
helping payroll team collate and chase timesheets,
assist with invoicing,
Any other related office duties to assist the sales team as requested
Skills:
- Confident with excellent telephone manner
- Well organised and flexible
- Punctual, professional and hard working
- 5 GCSE’s including English or equivalent
- Good PC skills
